The bezel is used for smooth ticket ejection.
Some models have a paper sensor built into the bezel, which can be used to check that a ticket has been picked up, while bezels with LED are designed to make it easy for customers to recognize the ticket exit window by the blinking LED.

There are two main functions of the presenter.
The first is to prevent customers from removing tickets during the ticket printing process. This prevents the most common cause of paper jams.
The second function is to automatically collect/retract printed tickets if they are not picked up by the customer.
If a ticket containing personal information is not picked up by the customer, it is automatically collected/retracted and prevents the ticket from being passed on to a third party.

The large-diameter holder option is used when using large-diameter paper rolls of 200 mm roll diameter or larger.
By using the large diameter roll holder, the frequency of paper changes can be reduced, which can shorten the downtime of kiosk terminals.
